THE SIGNAGE DEPOT REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

RETURNS POLICY

Unless otherwise agreed by The Signage Depot, or its affiliate, whichever is the seller (“Seller”, “we” or “us”) of hardware or software products (each, a “Product”) to a customer purchasing such Products (“Customer” or “you”), the following terms and conditions shall apply to any returns of such Products, in addition to any other terms and conditions of sale agreed by the parties.

TERMS

1. The Signage Depot will accept requests for Product returns that are made within fifteen (15) days after the date on the applicable invoice (“Standard Return Period”). However, certain Products are not eligible for return without advance approval by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), whose consent the customer would need to obtain by contacting the OEM directly.
2. Before returning any product, the customer must obtain a Return of Material Authorization number (RMA). No Returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
3. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please attempt to refuse delivery. If the shipment cannot be refused, please contact us within 2 days to initiate a damage claim.

DEFECTIVE HARDWARE

1. If there is any proven defective hardware, an RMA will be issued based on the policies and guidelines set in place by the manufacturer up to 15 days after the date of shipment.
2. When the RMA is approved for return, instructions will be provided to customers via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the instructions and return the products in a timely manner to the warehouse location that is provided (mentioned in the waybill).
3. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty policy after a period of 15 days from the day of the Invoice.
4. For any damage to an LFD display, it is the customer’s responsibility to click photos of the box and the display from all angles. It is also required that the customer keep the box that the display was shipped in and not have anything written, any markings or anything stuck on the box. There will be no RMA issued and the damaged product will no longer accepted for an RMA if these conditions are not met.

DEFECTIVE SOFTWARE

1. Defective software cannot be returned for credit. Please contact us directly.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

1. All returns and replacements must be handled directly through the manufacturer at any time after the first 15 days of the invoice. The manufacturer’s warranties vary for each product.
2. Extended warranties are available for specific products.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Your order will be shipped only after it has been verified and processed by our order desk. Every effort is made to process the orders within 24 hours, but this does not guarantee that the order will be shipped out the same day. Shipping is out of our control and The Signage Depot cannot guarantee next-day shipping.
2. Please note that the distribution centres do not process or ship orders over the weekends and/or on holidays.
3. Shipping rates may vary depending on weight, dimensions, quantity of the product as well as the location it is being shipped to.
4. An additional $50 CAD is charged for inside delivery. This is a standard fee charged by the carrier.
5. To schedule an appointment for delivery, an additional fee of $50 CAD is also charged by the carrier.
6. Couriers do not ship to P.O Box numbers.

SALES TAX

1. All orders shipping within Canada will be charged the applicable provincial sales tax except for orders bound to destinations where GST is exempt.
2. Applicable orders will also include an Environmental Handling Fee which is based on each province.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. The Signage Depot accepts payment via Visa Debit, MaterCard, Credit card through secure checkout.
2. While paying by credit card, there is a 3% additional credit card fee added to the overall invoice amount.
